“전쟁 개입 파병 없다”는 거짓말 ― 이란 전쟁 참전을 어떻게 막을 것인가
지난 18일 이재명 대통령은 “전쟁에 관여, 개입하는 파병은 없다”고 했지만, 이튿날 청와대는 트럼프 미국 대통령의 파병 요청을 거절한 게 아니며 기여 방안을 계속 검토하고 있다고 밝혔습니다. 이재명 정부는 파병을 기정사실화한 채 그 방식을 저울질하고 있는 것입니다.
이재명 정부는 무엇을 얻고자 파병을 추진하는지 짚어 보고, 한국의 이란 전쟁 참전을 막기 위해 어떻게 대응해야 할지 토론해 봅시다.

“No troops to join the war” is a lie — How can we stop South Korea joining the war on Iran?
On 18 September, President Lee Jae-myung said, “There will be no deployment of troops to get involved or intervene in the war.” But the next day, the Blue House said this did not mean it had turned down US President Trump’s request to send troops, and that it was still looking at ways to contribute. The Lee Jae-myung government is treating the deployment as a done deal and is only weighing how to do it.
Let’s discuss what the Lee government hopes to gain by sending troops, and how we should fight to stop South Korea joining the US war on Iran.
